Well i haven't had a post in a while, been pretty busy with school(it's actually kicking my ass).
Anyway I have been tooling around with a frost spec on my mage lately, my husband help me build the most epic frost spec ever! I am sure there is one out there like this one but it's pretty awesome either way.
Ive been testing it out a lot more lately for pve content and its working out great, I am able to do almost 5-6k dps as FROST which was really surprising to me. Also there is a new glyph out for mage's that let's you make your water elemental a perm pet and that is pretty sweet. anyway the spec that we came up with is 29/0/42 Arcane/frost. The amusing thing about this spec is all i do is spam frostbolt and it crits like a truck almost, that's all i do; frostbolt. I throw on Ice barrier and start spamming frostbolt for single target dps(along with putting the elemental on defensive) Of course you have to have pretty decent gear to make this spec work(practically tier 9 or equivalent) and lots and lots of haste. I use the Elixir lightning speed and i eat haste food as well and have black magic on my weapon which when it procs gives me more haste and that equals to more dps.
the sad thing about this spec is that i am actually doing more dps then i did with Arcane, and with arcane i was doing Arcane blast till Arcane Barrage would proc then i would throw out Arcane missiles and then start up the arcane spam again.
Either way I still need to test this frost spec out in a raid such as Ulduar or ToC at least, sometime this week I am going to post a WWS of this frost spec and then another one of my arcane spec and compare the two and see the damage difference. It would be interesting to see frost out dps arcane considering frost has never really been the proper way to raid as a mage. So far as ive mentioned above I am doing a bit more damage as frost then arcane so it is possible. :)

Goodies and more Goodies.
(little side note- This blog is horribly formated, I can't seem to figure out how to properly post pictures yet haha, and I did not edit this post to so I apologize for any spelling errors or anything in general :D)
So lately I have been running Stratholme for the Rivendare Deathcharger, and finally after 94 runs i finally have it!! BUT to be honest it felt more like 500+ runs, and at one point during one run i went in at 57 and after i killed baron it was at 57 so I think it glitch a bit statistic wise.
anyway(94 is what i got on statistics by the way) Here is a screen shot of my gnome lynzie on the mount but not only that the next day i went into heroic magiter's terrace and got the Phoenix Hatchling pet, i freakin LOVE that pet its one of my favorite pet's in the game of WoW besides firefly. NOT only did i get the Phoenix Hatchling boss but the Orb of the Sin'dorei drop from the very first boss, i was shock to say the least. I tried to pass it to my husband since he was helping me farm the instance to get the mount(still no mount but he is gonna help me go today and try again for it and i told him I'd heal AQ40 for some of those other mounts in that instance for him) but he said I can have it since i like those type of form shaping items a lot more and I have this thing for Blood Elf items, I have the Enchanted Broom and now the Orb, on my priest she has the Hawkstrider but she is now retired. (some say I should just re-roll Blood Elf but i prefer Alliance mostly due to people I know on Alliance side)
Anyway, I am getting off track here. SO One day I get the best mount ever(besides the hawkstrider) and the next day get a awesome pet and transformation toy! FUN! :D Here are some scree shots however for anyone who happens to actually read this. :)
Well that is it for now, sorry for lack of updates been trying to get ready for school which starts on the 31st just spent a lot of RL money on books and what not. *sighs*
I'll be trying for my Associates Degree in Medical Records, originally I wanted to do radiology but due to the fact we are moving and have no idea where we are moving to and when my only choice was to take online courses via Phoenix University. Anywho Medical Records seems really interesting so I may like it a lot and if I do once i get my AA and start working a bit I will be going for my BA.
So now that I am done going on about WoW Stuff and Real life Stuff, here are some screen shots i took. :)

(just pretty much pointing arrows at all my neat things that I have gotten, a few things my UI I prefer simple UI's and I like to have my pets and mounts on their own little bars :P and you notice probably I am under 300 gold, let me just saying getting my enchanting to 430 is a pain in my ass. :) )
